Introduction
Flytix ("the App") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Data Collection & Use
Locally stored data
- Concert information (name, date, venue)
- Ticket details (seat, price, ticketing platform)
- User notes
All data is stored locally on your device by default.
Cloud sync (optional)
If you choose to log in and enable cloud sync:
- Account information: email address, display name
- User identifier: Flytix ID
- Concert data synced to Firebase cloud
Cloud sync is optional and can be turned off at any time.
Calendar & notifications
- Calendar access is only used with your consent
- Syncs concert dates to your system calendar
- Notifications are generated entirely on-device
- We do not collect calendar or notification data
Network services
- Google Image Search: searching concert images
- Spotify API: searching artist information
- We do not log your search history
Public Concert Library
Fields that will be made public
You can choose to "publish to the public library" any concert data you enter, helping other users find the same concert. The following factual fields will be publicly visible:
- Concert name
- Featured artists
- Venue and date
- Organizer (if provided)
- Ticketing platform (if provided)
- Concert poster (if provided)
Publishing is entirely voluntary; you can choose not to publish any concert.
Fields that will never be public
- Ticket details (seat, ticketing platform, purchase price, ticket type)
- Personal ratings
- Note content
- Prayer counts and records
- Photos you capture or upload, and local images
These fields are your private data and are technically prevented from being written to the public database.
Moderation Policy
Concert data published to the public library follows a "publish-first, moderate-later" model:
- Published content is visible immediately
- Other users can flag suspected violations via the "Report" button
- You can also "block" specific users to stop seeing their public concerts
- After receiving reports, the developer reviews them and may hide content as appropriate
Takedown Requests
If you find content in the public library that infringes copyright, leaks personal information, or otherwise violates our policies, you can submit a takedown request directly via "Settings → Content Report / Takedown Request" in the app, and we will handle it as soon as possible.

Advertising
The free version of Flytix displays ads through Google AdMob to keep the app free; Pro subscribers see no ads.
- AdMob may use your advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS / Advertising ID on Android) and device identifiers to deliver personalized ads and measure ad performance.
- On iOS, we ask for your permission through App Tracking Transparency; if you decline tracking, you will only see non-personalized (contextual) ads.
- In the European Economic Area, the UK, and Switzerland, we collect your advertising consent choices through a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP).
- You can change your tracking authorization at any time in your device Settings.

Third-Party Services
The App and the flytix.live and venue.flytix.live websites use the following third-party services:

• Spotify API — Artist information search
• Google Custom Search — Image search

• Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise — Anti-abuse verification (flytix.live website only)
• X (Twitter) — Embedded official posts (concert pages on the flytix.live website only)
• Google Analytics (Firebase Analytics) — Usage statistics (iOS and Android apps, flytix.live and venue.flytix.live)
• Cloudflare — Hosting, Turnstile anti-abuse verification and Web Analytics traffic statistics for venue.flytix.live
These services each have their own privacy policies.
reCAPTCHA
The flytix.live website uses Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to verify that requests come from a genuine browser session and to prevent automated abuse. To do so, reCAPTCHA collects and sends to Google signals about your interaction with the site (such as mouse movement, browser and device information, and IP address) in order to assess how trustworthy a request is.
reCAPTCHA runs during sign-in, on signed-in areas of the site, and when you are signed in on your own public profile page and use template settings. Browsing other public content does not trigger it. When it runs, it requires no action from you.
This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.
This applies to the flytix.live website only; the Flytix iOS and Android apps do not use reCAPTCHA.
Embedded Third-Party Content
Some concert pages on the flytix.live website embed official posts published on X (Twitter) by the promoter or artist, for example to show a venue map. When such embedded content loads, your browser sends a request directly to X, which may therefore receive your IP address and browser information and may read or set its own cookies. That processing is governed by the X Privacy Policy. We do not send any of your data to X, and we do not receive any personal data about you from X.
If the embedded content cannot load (for example because your browser or an extension blocks it), the page shows a link to the original post instead.
Seat View Simulator (venue.flytix.live)
venue.flytix.live is the Flytix 3D seat view simulator. It can be used without signing in. The 3D scene and all sightline calculations run entirely in your browser.
Usage statistics
The site uses Google Analytics to collect usage statistics, such as the pages viewed, the region, venue and stage configuration selected, and which features are used, to understand how features are used and to improve the simulation. The site shares the same Google Analytics property with flytix.live and its cookies are set on the flytix.live domain, so browsing across the two sites is treated as one session. The site also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for traffic statistics, which does not use cookies.
Feedback
If you submit feedback through the site's feedback form, we collect:
- The feedback type and message
- The venue, stage configuration, seat and page URL at the time of submission
- Interface language and browser information (User-Agent)
- Email address (optional, used only to reply to that feedback)
Your IP address is not stored in plain form; we store only a salted hash, used to limit how often feedback can be submitted. Submissions are verified by Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm they come from a genuine browser; Turnstile collects browser and device signals and sends them to Cloudflare. Feedback is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database and kept until we have finished handling it. To access or delete feedback you have submitted, email privacy@flytix.live.
Data stored in your browser
Your language, region and panel preferences are stored only in your browser's localStorage and are never sent to a server. Videos you choose to play on the simulated screens play only in your browser and are never uploaded.
Permissions Required
- Camera (optional): For capturing concert posters. Without camera access, you can still select images from your photo library.
- Calendar (optional): For adding concert dates to your system calendar. Accessed only when you initiate the action; never read in the background.
- Notifications (optional): For sending concert reminders. All notifications are generated locally and never transmitted to a server.
- Boot completed (Android): To automatically restore scheduled concert reminders after the device reboots.
Data Security
• Local data is protected by device security mechanisms
• Protected by your device passcode, fingerprint, or face recognition
• Cloud data is transmitted using HTTPS encryption
• Access is restricted by Firebase security rules
Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your account and all related data, please refer to our account deletion guide:
After account deletion, your Firebase authentication record and all personal data will be permanently removed.
