Service Overview

Welcome to Flytix. By using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Flytix is a concert tracking and ticket management tool designed for concert lovers.

Subscription Terms

Important: About Auto-Renewing Subscriptions

• Subscriptions automatically renew within 24 hours before expiry
• After cancellation, service continues until the end of the current billing period
• Any unused portion of a free trial (if applicable) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription

iOS: Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account.
Manage or cancel via Settings → Your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Flytix.

Android: Subscription fees are charged to your Google Play account.
Manage or cancel via Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Flytix.

Available plans:

* Prices shown in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) for reference only. Prices in other regions are automatically converted by Apple based on the local currency.

Acceptable Use

By using the App, you agree to:

• Not use the App for any illegal activity
• Not attempt to disrupt, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to the service
• Not upload data containing malware or harmful content
• Be responsible for all activity in your account
• Provide truthful and accurate information

User-Published Content

Flytix offers a public concert library where users may voluntarily publish concert information for others to browse. Publishing is entirely voluntary; not publishing does not affect your use of other features.

When publishing, you agree that:

• The information you publish (concert name, artists, venue, date, etc.) will be publicly visible to all users
• You are responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the content you publish
• You will not publish false, misleading, or copyright-infringing information (e.g. unauthorized official imagery)
• You will not maliciously publish large amounts of incorrect or duplicate concert records

Our rights:

• We reserve the right to review, hide, or remove any public content that violates our policies
• Concert records receiving multiple reports will be automatically and temporarily hidden pending manual review
• Serious violations may result in suspension of your account's access to public library features

Your control:

• You can edit your published concert information at any time
• For complete removal, please contact legal@flytix.live

Intellectual Property

The App and all of its content, features, and design are protected by copyright. The Flytix trademark and logo belong to the App.

Personal concert data you enter through the App remains yours.

Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not responsible for:

• Service interruption or unavailability
• Data loss or corruption
• Availability of third-party services (Spotify, Google)
• Any losses arising from your use of the App

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Major changes will be notified within the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
